เกี่ยวกับโรงงานอินดีไซน์

             เราผู้ผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ที่ดีที่สุด ดีไซน์และราคาเหมาะสม ผลิตในโรงงาน InDesign ได้มาตราฐาน ISO 9001 : ISO 14001 ควบคุมการผลิตโดยช่างผู้ชำนาญผลิตด้วยเครื่องจักรทุกขั้นตอน เช่น ตัดไม้ ปิดขอบ เจาะรู CNC  เป็นต้น ทำให้ชุดงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์นั้นได้ มาตราฐาน รวดเร็ว และมีคุณภาพ 

          InDesign ก่อตั้งขึ้น ในปีพ.ศ. 2547 บริหารงานและดำเนินงานด้วย Concept “ตอบโจทน์ความต้องการ มุ่งมั่นพัฒนา ล้ำหน้าเรื่องดีไซน์” จุดประสงค์ และ แนวทางหลัก คือมุ่งเน้นให้ลูกค้าได้มีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบชุดครัวที่ต้องการร่วมกับ  Designers ของบริษัท เพื่อสร้างครัวที่ตรงกับความต้องการ การใช้งาน และสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุด แก่ลูกค้าทุกระดับ อีกทั้งยังสร้างสรรค์พัฒนางานครัวบิวท์อินที่มีความสวยงามและคงทน เป็นเอกลักษณ์โดยคำนึงถึงการเลือกสรรวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ดีที่สุดในการผลิตและส่งมอบ ให้แก่ลูกค้าตลอดจนการบริการที่เป็นมิตรใส่ใจ ทุกรายละเอียด มีการติดตามผลไปจนถึงวันส่งมอบงานพร้อมดูแลใส่ใจบริการหลังการขายที่ดีเยี่ยมด้วยการประกันทุกชิ้นงาน   

          InDesign ยังมีทีมงานครบในทุกฝ่าย ตั้งแต่ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายออกแบบ ฝ่ายผลิต ไปจนถึงการติดตั้งงาน และ ฝ่ายตรวจ เช็คงาน ด้วยทีมงานที่มี ความสามารถ และประสบการณ์ผนวกกับการ บริหารจัดการ ที่เป็นระบบ มุ่งเน้น การตอบสนอง ความต้องการ ของลูกค้า เป็นสำคัญ

ทั้งนี้ MOTTO จะ ขยายสาขา เพิ่มไปยังจังหวัดอื่นๆ ต่อไปในอนาคตเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของกลุ่มลูกค้า ที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น  

 

 

History

 

              In Design and Consultant Co.,Ltd. was established since 2004. The company was registered under the Civil and Commercial Law since 1 September 2004 with a registered capital of 3 Million Baht  Registration No.010554711853 to expand business an increase the capital registered to be 10 Million Baht.

  In Year 2014, The Company was expand to Myanmar at Mandalay City . We registered the interior office design under the name of In Design Myanmar Co.,Ltd. As located at Bld B 4-3, Yadanar St, Between 32x33 St, Between 77x78 St, Mandalay , Myanmar. Contact Tel no. 011 204 205.

In Design and Consultant Company Limited was established since 2004. The company was  formed  with the intention of bringing high quality Interior Design & Turnkey Project to the residential and commercial marketplaces.

 

We provide turnkey project for designing and interior decoration including of structure design. We constantly produce superior service and innovative design to meet the customer requirements.

 

Our designers will work in close with customers to look at the existing environment, diagnose the taste and pinpoint favorite style of the customers.

 

We will learn about the customer and analyze the requirements and also give consultancy to make sure that design and quality control match to customer’s budget and satisfaction.

 

Our team provide on site supervision. As soon as the equipment is delivered to the site, we will supervise the standard of all material and the installation in accordance with the drawings approved by the customers.

ประวัติ
             บริษัท อิน ดีไซน์ แอนด์ คอนซัลแทนท์ จำกัด ได้จดทะเบียนเป็นนิติบุคคลตามกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์เมื่อวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2547 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 3,000,000 บาท ทะเบียนนิติบุคคลเลขที่ 010554711853 ต่อมา บริษัทได้เพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนเป็น 10,000,000 บาท 

                         ในปี 2557 อิน ดีไซน์ แอนด์ คอนซัลแทนท์ จำกัด ได้ขยายกิจการไปยังประเทศ Myanmar ที่เมือง Mandalay ชื่อ In Design Myanmar Co.,Ltd. มีสำนักงานอยู่ที่ Bld B 4-3, Yadanar St, Between 32x33 St, Between 77x78 St, Mandalay, Myanmar , Tel: 09 7977 66601 ปัจจุบัน งานที่ตกแต่งที่ Myanmar จะเน้นงานประเภท โรงพยาบาล, โรงแรม เป็นหลัก และปัจจุบันมีงานที่กำลังตกแต่งอยู่หลายโครงการ

Corporate Governance Policy
     In design's corporate governance is considered an integral part of its business policy. The Governance and Nomination Committee is entrusted with overseeing In design's corporate governance matters, encompassing the establishment of policy and guidelines as well as monitoring the performances of the Board of Directors and the Management to ensure their compliance with In design's corporate governance policy. The Committee also monitors and evaluates the corporate governance practices together with periodically reviewing the guidelines to ensure their alignment with business operations and corporate governance practices on national and international levels. Moreover, corporate governance is specified as one of the main items on the agenda at the Board of Directors' meeting.

                     In Design is resolved to become a role model in corporate governance, encapsulating it in In Design Vision with the conviction that In Design's corporate governance will ensure fairness, transparency, and long-term economic value for shareholders whilst creating confidence among all stakeholders and enhancing the Company's competitiveness to achieve sustainable growth.
